BED AND BREAKFAST ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation consists of one two bedroom ramily ensuite and one double room also en-suite. Both rooms are light and spacious, tastefully decorated with tea/coffee making facilities and colour TV. Wireless broadband is available for any guests who have wi-fi laptops. Ironing facilities are also available and both rooms are centrally heated. There is a large lounge available to relax in with a colour TV (digital) and a dining room where a farmhouse breakfast is served including homemade marmalade, apple juice and our own free range eggs. You are welcome to relax in our large walled garden or in the back garden where there is a sunlounger overlooking the picturesque village of Iddesleigh. You can also play snooker or table tennis in our games room.

A deposit of £50 per double room is required on booking with the remaining payable at the end of the stay. Please make cheques payable to Mrs R Ward. In the event of a cancellation this will only be refunded if it has been possible to relet the accommodation.
